We only offer exchanges on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for exchange.

If the item ordered is identified as defected under quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
We do not offer exchange on a wrong size ordered.
We offer the best colour-match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
Estelle Design House has the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and does not pass through quality control.
Once your order is processed you are not eligible to cancel it.
