• We only offer exchanges on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for exchange.

• We offer the best colour-match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.


• Estelle Design House has the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and does not pass through quality control.


• Once your order is processed you are not eligible to cancel it.
